My mother Harriet Pauline (Collier) Nauert just passed away & is supposed to be buried at the Forest Hill Presbyterian Church cemetery. I called & talked to the city manager & he said no one is being allowed to be buried there anymore. Is this true even though she paid for it & most of her family is buried there.?
